Terre Exotique’s organic Ayurvedic spice blend is a mix of musky turmeric which is offset with bitter notes of black pepper. It brings warm fragrance and vibrant colour to curries, sauces and stews. Ayurvedic spices originate from the Indian subcontinent, historically thought to have medicinal properties, but continue to be used across Asia for their gentle aromatic balance of flavours. 

Use this spice blend to add warmth to chana masala dal or spiced lentil soup or to add bright orange colour to a chicken pilaf.
