Nam Prik Pow is the Woolf’s Kitchen version of Nam Prik Pao, a classic Thai chilli paste that is a staple ingredient across South East Asian cuisine. Use a spoonful of this thick sauce to enrich tom yum soup or add a zingy kick to a Thai salad dressing.
