• White Penja pepper from Cameroon with notes of musk
• Black Penja pepper from Cameroon with menthol flavours
• Freeze-dried green pepper from Madagascar with cool and spicy notes

Balancing spicy, strong and fresh peppers, this mix is great for everyday use – sprinkle over lemony spaghetti, crack over polenta chips, or use it to season homemade vegetable crisps.
